  • Kosher Salt, to taste (about two tablespoons, divided)
  • 2 ounces Fresh Basil, (about 1 cup) roughly chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano, (or to taste)
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 pound Ground Veal
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 pound Ground Pork
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 ounces Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs, (I prefer panko style)
  • 10 sprigs Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 pound Dry Spaghetti
