- 2 pounds Small Shrimp, peeled & tail off
- 4 cups Small Potatoes, halved
- 4 cups Fresh Green Beans, snapped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Spray a half-size sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the shrimp, potatoes, and green beans on the sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, add in the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and salt.
Pour evenly over the entire dish.
Bake for 20 minutes or until shrimp is opaque and veggies are soft.
