Strawberry Purée Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pint as purchased Strawberries, Organic
- 4 teaspoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
Directions
- Puree the macerated strawberries and their juice in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Rinse, hull, and quarter the strawberries, and toss with the balsamic vinegar and sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or leave at room temperature for at least 4 hours to soften and macerate the strawberries.
