Spicy Roasted Nuts Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 cups Mixed Nuts
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Whisk egg whites and salt together in a large bowl.
  3. Add nuts.
  4. Sprinkle seasonings on top of the nuts and fold until evenly coated.
  5. Bake on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
