Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups Mixed Nuts
  • 2 Egg White
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Whisk egg whites and salt together in a large bowl.
  • Add nuts.
  • Sprinkle seasonings on top of the nuts and fold until evenly coated.
  • Bake on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
