- 6 cups Mixed Nuts
- 2 Egg White
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Whisk egg whites and salt together in a large bowl.
Add nuts.
Sprinkle seasonings on top of the nuts and fold until evenly coated.
Bake on parchment paper or a silicone mat.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
