Mango Mojito Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Mango, Fresh, diced
  • 12 sprig ofs Mint, Plus extra for garnish
  • juice from half a Lime
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup, 1:1 ratio of sugar and water
  • 1 1/2 ounces White Rum
  • Club Soda
  • Ice Cubes

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker place the diced mango and mint and muddle until the mango is fully broken up.
  2. Add the lime juice, and simple syrup and rum – stir to combine.
  3. Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice, pour the mojito over and top with club soda.
  4. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
