Hi there! I'm Erin and I'm the blogger behind Texanerin Baking, which focuses on making healthier desserts that taste just as delicious and decadent as their unhealthy counterparts. Texanerin Baking started out as a whole grain baking blog but after discovering my love for almond flour, I now regularly post gluten-free goodies as well. I grew up in Texas, lived in Sweden twice and moved to Germany a few years ago, where I now live with my German husband. When I'm not in the kitchen, I teach English and plot our escape back to the US. I enjoy traveling, puppies and stuffing my face with gelato and amazing chocolate. I also firmly believe that no meal is complete without at least a little dessert and that we'd all be a bit happier if we'd just indulge in more cheese and carbs.
