- 1 15 oz can Cannellini Beans
- 3 tablespoons Reserved Bean Liquid
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 tablespoon Chives, Roughly chopped
- Salt and Pepper, To taste
Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
