  • 1 15 oz can Cannellini Beans
  • 3 tablespoons Reserved Bean Liquid
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Chives Roughly chopped
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Serve with vegetables or pita chips.
