Pioneer Woman Nachos Recipe
These Pioneer Woman nachos make for a great side dish or even a hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 bag White Corn Chips
- 3 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese
- 16 ounces Jalapeño
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Lay the tortilla chips in a dish (oven-proof).
- Sprinkle over the cheese, throw in the jalapeno slices and repeat the process until you have three layers.
- Bake until the cheese has melted.
Notes
The use of jalapeno peppers, and the number you use, are optional.
