Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag White Corn Chips
  • 3 cups Monterrey Jack Cheese
  • 16 ounces Jalapeño

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350.
  • Lay the tortilla chips in a dish (oven-proof).
  • Sprinkle over the cheese, throw in the jalapeno slices and repeat the process until you have three layers.
  • Bake until the cheese has melted.

Notes

The use of jalapeno peppers, and the number you use, are optional.
