Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300.
  • Beat eggs until light in color and then eat in sugar until just combined.
  • Add cocoa, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract. Mix gently until very well combined.
  • Pour batter into 4 large ramekins or one 8-inch square baking dish. Set into a larger pan halfway full of water.
  • Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until upper crust is crispy and the rest of the batter is firm yet not set. Make sure toothpick is clean upon removal.
