This delicious fudge recipe is quick, easy and you know it's tasty: that's because it comes to us from The Pioneer Woman.

- 2 Egg
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- cup Butter
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 300.
Beat eggs until light in color and then eat in sugar until just combined.
Add cocoa, flour, melted butter, vanilla extract. Mix gently until very well combined.
Pour batter into 4 large ramekins or one 8-inch square baking dish. Set into a larger pan halfway full of water.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes, until upper crust is crispy and the rest of the batter is firm yet not set. Make sure toothpick is clean upon removal.
