Pico de Gallo Recipe
Ingredients
- 5 Plum Tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeños Jalapeño, seeds removed, minced
- 1/4 Red Onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Directions
- Chop each of the vegetables as directed.
- Add lime juice and salt, and stir to combine.
- Add chopped cilantro last, and mix through well.
