Pico de Gallo Recipe

  8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 5 Plum Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeños Jalapeño, seeds removed, minced
  • 1/4 Red Onion, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/4 bunch Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Chop each of the vegetables as directed. 
  2. Add lime juice and salt, and stir to combine.
  3. Add chopped cilantro last, and mix through well.
