Paula Deen Coffee Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 16 rolls Frozen Dinner Rolls, unbaked
- 1 package Butterscotch Pudding Mix, not instant
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1 stick Butter, melted
Directions
- Place frozen rolls in well greased Bundt pan the evening prior to baking.
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls and then brown sugar over the pudding mix.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar.
- Pour melted butter over all this entire creation.
- To stop the dough from forming a hard crust while it is rising overnight, cover it with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap.
- Let rise overnight at room temperature, approximately 8 to 10 hours.
The next day: Preheat oven to 350. Bake in for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool for five minutes. Turn pan over on to a serving platter to remove. Serve by pulling apart chunks with forks.
