This coffee cake recipe is the “ultimate.” According to Paula Deen herself!
Ingredients
- 16 rolls Frozen Dinner Rolls unbaked
- 1 package Butterscotch Pudding Mix not instant
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Pecans
- 1 stick Butter melted
Instructions
- Place frozen rolls in well greased Bundt pan the evening prior to baking.
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix over rolls and then brown sugar over the pudding mix.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over brown sugar.
- Pour melted butter over all this entire creation.
- To stop the dough from forming a hard crust while it is rising overnight, cover it with a damp towel or tightly wrap with plastic wrap.
- Let rise overnight at room temperature, approximately 8 to 10 hours.
