Kate Gosselin Meatloaf Recipe
This Kate Gosselin Meatloaf Recipe makes enough to feed a large family. You can trust the woman it’s named after about that.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Ground Beef
- 2-3 large Egg
- 1 cup Celery
- 1 cup Onion
- 3/4 cup Green Peppers
- 3/4 cup Carrot
- 1 1/2-2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and divide them equally in a pair of separate meat loaves.
- Add a dollop of catsup to the top of each. Make a little design if you’re feeling creative.
- Cover with tin foil and bake in a meatloaf pan or glass baking dish for about an hour. Or until middle is no longer pink.
- Remove tin foil for final 15 minutes and complete baking while uncovered. ENJOY!
Notes
Italian seasoned bread crumbs are great if on hand. Otherwise, plain works.
