Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 2-3 large Egg
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 3/4 cup Green Peppers
  • 3/4 cup Carrot
  • 1 1/2-2 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl and divide them equally in a pair of separate meat loaves.
  • Add a dollop of catsup to the top of each. Make a little design if you're feeling creative.
  • Cover with tin foil and bake in a meatloaf pan or glass baking dish for about an hour. Or until middle is no longer pink.
  • Remove tin foil for final 15 minutes and complete baking while uncovered. ENJOY!

Notes

Italian seasoned bread crumbs are great if on hand. Otherwise, plain works.
