Bisquick Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Homemade Bisquick Mix
  • 2 large Bananas, very ripe and mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pure Almond Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup Pecans, chopped (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and/or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Measure homemade Bisquick mix into a large bowl. Set aside.
  3. In a large measuring cup or medium bowl, whisk together all other ingredients except for pecans. Add to the Bisquick mix; stir until just combined. Fold in pecans.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan before turning out onto a baking rack.
