This salmon salad recipe is oh so easy to make and oh so delicious to scarf down!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Salmon cooked, chilled
- 1/2 cup Celery
- 2 tablespoons Dill minced
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 2 tablespoons Raspberry Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
- Break the salmon into large flakes, removing any skin and bones. Place the salmon in a bowl.
- Add the celery, red onion, dill, capers, raspberry vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve cold or at room temperature.
