Barefoot Contessa Everything Cookies Recipe

    36 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Granola
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Apricot
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Raisins

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars.
  3. Add the vanilla and eggs.
  4. Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
  5. Do the same for the granola and oatmeal.
  6. Now it's time for  the apricots, cherries, pecans and raisins.
  7. With a cookie scoop or pair of spoons, drop on to cookie sheets and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
  8. Cool and enjoy!
