Barefoot Contessa Everything Cookies Recipe
These everything cookies come courtesy of The Barefoot Contessa. She knows her desserts!
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Butter
- 2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 4 large Egg
- 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 4 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Granola
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 1/2 cups Apricot
- 1 cup Dried Cherries
- 1 cup Pecans
- 1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Cream the butter and sugars.
- Add the vanilla and eggs.
- Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
- Do the same for the granola and oatmeal.
- Now it’s time for the apricots, cherries, pecans and raisins.
- With a cookie scoop or pair of spoons, drop on to cookie sheets and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy!
