Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Butter
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 4 large Egg
  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Granola
  • 1 cup Quick Oats
  • 1 1/2 cups Apricot
  • 1 cup Dried Cherries
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • Cream the butter and sugars.
  • Add the vanilla and eggs.
  • Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt.
  • Do the same for the granola and oatmeal.
  • Now it's time for the apricots, cherries, pecans and raisins.
  • With a cookie scoop or pair of spoons, drop on to cookie sheets and bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
  • Cool and enjoy!
