It’s that time of year again where we put on an extra layer, switch back the clocks, and celebrate with all things made with pumpkin.
Pumpkin flavored treats have gotten a bad rap in recent years. I blame social media! Someone bashed pumpkin spice lattes and everyone jumped on board.
Prior to then, we ate our pumpkin pie with an entire tub of whipped cream and life was good. If you didn’t care for pumpkin pie, you politely turned it down.
My goal is to persuade you to give pumpkin another chance. It’s so good, the least we can do is try a new pumpkin muffin or cake recipe this season.
