Hey y’all! I’m Serene, the blogger behind House of Yumm. I’m Californian by birth and Texan by the Grace of God. My husband is Hispanic, (as are my children!) and his family has a long history of Texas roots. We have a deep love for Tex Mex flavors and all things Texan, which plays a huge part into the food I cook and share. I love learning about the culture of the area around me and researching recipes.
