Steph Chows is addicted to sweets, exercise, and healthy eating. As her grandpa said "life is short eat dessert first" but as her Nana said "everything in moderation." Steph likes to take typically decadent desserts and comfort foods and lighten them up by cutting down on the fat/sugar and sneaking in healthy whole grains and veggies.
