Pizza Chips Recipe
Dionne Baldwin | Try Anything OncePizza Chips are your new favorite party food, we just know it. Totally easy, and totally delish.
For all you pizza fans, I encourage you to give homemade Pizza Chips a try. Inspired by a classic favorite, these chips are an ode to a truly beautiful food that most of us cannot live without.
Like a thin crust pizza only thinner, Pizza Chips are sure to be a hit with your friends!
Pizza is life. Pizza is versatile, and it is also something everyone can have. There are options, even for gluten free or paleo pizza crusts.
When it comes to Pizza Chips, what’s not to love?
Craving chips, and also pizza (but not wanting to make a pizza from scratch) I gave these a go.
At first, I tried them with a little marinara sauce brushed onto plain flour tortilla triangles. Nope.
Most of the chips ended up soggy even though I baked them until the tortillas seemed crisp. These weren’t very chip-like.
Substitute the sauce for a sundried tomato tortilla and we have a winner! Tomato flavor of a sauce with no sogginess.
And these are one of the favorites of all homemade chips I’ve served along with homemade potato chips and tortilla chips.
Definitely substitute the pepperoni for your favorite toppings if you want, but make sure to cut them up really small when you give this a try. Tiny pieces of black olives would be a great idea and some sausage cut into pieces.
They’re quick to make, especially if you let your friends take over. Baking takes about 10-12 minutes when I make them/delegate making them.
So, tell me, what kind of cheese and other toppings will you put on your pizza chips?
