Peanut butter smoothies are a treat from the likes of Jamba Juice. Now you can make Peanut Butter Moo’d at home!

There are three things I adore about this Jamba Juice Smoothie recipe: 1) it tastes just like their Peanut Butter Moo’d, which is obviously the best smoothie in the world, 2) it only has 3 ingredients, and 3) none of those ingredients include ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Bam.
BAM. Best. smoothie. recipe. ever!
I grew up in North Carolina, and we didn’t have any smoothie chains at all. The first time I tried a smoothie was in college, at the Jamba Juice on campus.
Peanut Butter Moo’d was the most decadent looking thing on the menu, so of course it’s what attracted my immediate attention. I drank 2 smoothies every day my entire freshman year.

Obviously, a serious weight gain was imminent since Jamba Juice uses chocolate frozen yogurt in their chocolate smoothies. I’ll tell you how to make these smoothies just like they do (did I mention my husband worked at Jamba Juice after high school??), but I’m also going to tell you how to make these just as yummy without the froyo, using frozen bananas instead! You can also sub in chocolate almond milk for the chocolate milk to make it even healthier.
I mean, I know you’re not really supposed to say stuff like this ("best," "ever," etc..) But, whatever. If you have a taste for chocolate, bananas, and peanut butter at all, you’re going to fall head over heels for this smoothie. It really is the best smoothie of all time in my book!
