Paula Deen Pear Crisp Recipe

    6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 6 large Pears, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Boiling Water, warm
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups Butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix pears, water and lemon juice in an 8 by 8-inch baking pan.
  3. Use a bowl and combine oats, flour, sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Pour in melted butter and stir to make a nice, crumbly mixture.
  5. Spread the topping evenly over the fruit.
  6. Bake for around 55 minutes or until the topping is crisp and browned.
