Hummus Veggie Bites are baby-sized vegetarian bites of win. This is game day grub done right!
Ingredients
- 8 Cucumber Slices 1/4″ thick
- lantana Lantana® Sriracha Carrot Hummus or Lantana Beet, Black, or White Bean Hummus (any variety or flavor combination will work)
- Corn
- Shredded Beets
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Diced Red Bell Pepper
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Peas
- Broccoli
- Finely Diced Radishes
- Edamame
- Sliced Carrots
Instructions
- Spread each cucumber slice and cracker with 1 tablespoon of hummus.
- Top with a colorful topping… get creative!
- Place on a festive platter and serve immediately.
