Hummus Veggie Bites Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 Cucumber Slices, 1/4" thick
  • lantana Lantana® Sriracha Carrot Hummus, or Lantana Beet, Black, or White Bean Hummus (any variety or flavor combination will work)
A Wide Variety of Colorful, Crunchy Toppings:
  • Corn
  • Shredded Beets
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Diced Red Bell Pepper
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Peas
  • Broccoli
  • Finely Diced Radishes
  • Edamame
  • Sliced Carrots

Directions

  1. Spread each cucumber slice and cracker with 1 tablespoon of hummus.
  2. Top with a colorful topping… get creative!
  3. Place on a festive platter and serve immediately.
