- 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
- 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
Preheat your waffle iron.
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center and add the eggs, milk, and oil.
Stir until the batter comes together and then stir in the vanilla and sprinkles.
Spray the grids of the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon batter onto the hot iron, close, and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Carefully remove from the iron and trim the edges. Serve with whipped cream and syrup or as an ice cream sundae.
