Everything Bagel Chips Recipe

    6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 3 wholes Everything Bagel, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • dash of Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Place wire baking racks on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside. You can alternately line baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  3. Lay bagel slices on wire racks (or foil) in a single layer. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
  4. Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  5. Allow to cool completely. Serve with dip.

Notes

Bagel chips can be made in advance and stored in an air tight container for about a week
