Everything Bagel Chips Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 wholes Everything Bagel, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- dash of Salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Place wire baking racks on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside. You can alternately line baking sheets with aluminum foil.
- Lay bagel slices on wire racks (or foil) in a single layer. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and salt.
- Bake for 20-23 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Allow to cool completely. Serve with dip.
Notes
Bagel chips can be made in advance and stored in an air tight container for about a week
