Easy Lemon Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 6 tablespoons Lemon Juice, Approximately 2 lemons
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Directions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a large baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. Pour mixture over chicken breasts. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove chicken and discard marinade. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and oregano.
  5. Grill for 7-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked - 165°F.
