Blood Orange Gin Cooler Recipe

Ingredients

  • Sugar, For rimming the glass
  • 1/3 cup Blood Orange Juice
  • 1 1/2 ounces Gin
  • Sparkling Seltzer Water, For topping

Directions

  1. Wet the edge and top sides of a tall glass with water, then dip and roll in a shallow plate filled with sugar to coat the edge and sides. Set aside to dry.
  2. Pour orange juice and gin into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  3. Fill glass with ice, then pour in contents of shaker. Top with seltzer and enjoy.
