I’m Stacey, a stay at home mom of 3, living in Alberta, Canada. I discovered a love for being in the kitchen once I had kids to cook for. I love to bake, hence the name of my blog, Bake.Eat.Repeat., where I keep track of the recipes I’m loving. Making things from scratch makes me happy. Especially when I can fill my kids lunches with homemade food that they love, rather than processed snack food. Most of what I make for them is healthy and some is.....not so much. It’s all about balance right? What can I say, I like chocolate!
These apple cinnamon muffins are low in sugar and are made with no oil or butter. Filled with oats and apples they're hearty, delicious muffins that are healthy enough for breakfast. They also freeze well for easy grab and go snacks!
These easy little chocolate chip peanut butter cookie cups are like thick and chewy little peanut butter cookies studded with mini chocolate chips. An easy cookie dough to make and all you have to do is fill up a mini muffin tin to bake them!
These homemade hot cross buns are so easy to make and taste much better than the ones you get at the store! Soft and fluffy spiced buns filled with raisins and topped with a honey lemon glaze - they make the perfect treat for the Easter season!
