Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars Recipe

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars will become your new addictive treat. Crunchy, chewy, and full of cinnamon!

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal, aka, my kryptonite. I don’t keep the stuff in my house because I can’t resist it.

While writing this post, I discovered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch cocktail. I’m doomed. DOOMED.

And then there’s Cinnamon Toast Crunch popcorn to snack on. I’m envisioning a party centered around all things Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Anyone with me, or will I be binging alone? The only requirement to attend this party is that you have to wear pants with a stretchy waistband.

I have a few tricks up my sleeve when I make marshmallow-based bars like these Cinnamon Toast Crunch ones or these Fruity Pebbles no-bake bars.

Trick #1: Grease your pan, and your hands when you press the bars in. You’ll be glad you did. But if you don’t grease your hands, you’ll need to lick them off… so really, this is a win-win.

Trick #2: Don’t press them in too firmly. Gently press down so they’re in a nice even layer, but don’t pack them in. You’ll end up with very tough bars if you do that.

Trick #3: The added marshmallows. Sure, all the cereal is coated in gooey marshmallow goodness, but why not add MORE? I add in mini marshmallows with the cereal to achieve fun little pockets of marshmallow. Doing this also adds to the lightness of the bars, again preventing them from becoming tough or too dense.

Follow those basic steps and you’ll achieve no-bake perfection!

The only question that remains is what cereal should be next on the docket for no-bake bars? Golden Grahams? That one cereal that looks like little cookies? Oh yes.

Or how about the peanut butter puff one? Clearly I don’t buy much cereal. I’m a Raisin Bran girl… but something about Raisin Bran and marshmallows just doesn’t seem right to me…

If Cinnamon Toast Crunch isn’t your kryptonite like it is to me, but you’re still looking for a no-bake treat, you might want to try no-bake lemon berry cheesecakes.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bars Recipe

    15 Servings

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Marshmallow, Jumbo
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal
  • 2 cups Miniature Marshmallows

Directions

  1. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a very large pot, combine jumbo marshmallows and butter.
  3. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until smooth and melted.
  4. Remove from heat and add Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal and mini marshmallows. Stir until everything is coated with melted marshmallow-butter mixture.
  5. Immediately pour this mixture into prepared 9x13 pan and press down gently to flatten. (You might want to spray some non-stick cooking spray on your hands to do this.) Don’t press them down too much or they will get tough.
  6. Let cool and harden at least 15 minutes before cutting into bars and serving.
