Bananas are awesome.
Dulce de Leche is pure, creamy, deliciousness.
How can we make them even better?
By combining them and then frying them!
Let’s make Dulce de Leche-Stuffed Bananas.
Take 3 bananas.
Cut the ends off of each banana, peel them, and slice them into thirds.
Using a vegetable peeler, hollow out the inside of each banana piece, making sure not to cut through the bottom.
Take 1/2 cup dulce de leche and use it to fill the banana pieces.
Freeze for at least 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pot over high heat.
Place 2 cups flour, 4 eggs, beaten and 1 cups breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
Roll the frozen bananas in the flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs.

Fry the bananas until golden brown.
Roll the fried bananas in cinnamon sugar.
then serve warm with ice cream and enjoy!
