How to Make Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Talk about the perfect dessert combination.

Creamy cheesecake.

Gooey caramel.

And fresh, delicious apples.

We’re going to make Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake!

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/8 cup brown sugar, and 1/3 cup butter, melted.

Press into the bottom of a greased 8-inch springform pan. Bake for 5 minutes.

In another bowl, mix 16 ounces softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup white sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

Spread over the graham cracker crust, then layer the apple slices on top.

In another bowl, mix 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons butter, melted.

Baked Caramel Apple Crumble Cheesecake

Sprinkle evenly over the apple layer.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Drizzle on caramel sauce.

Then eat and enjoy!
