Ingredients

  • 2 Avocado ripe, peeled and pitted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 2/3 cup Fresh Cilantro finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion finely diced
  • 1/2 jalapeños Jalapeño medium sized, deseeded and finely diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Place avocados and lime juice in a small bowl.
  • Use a fork (or a molcajete for a truly authentic experience) to mash the avocados with the lime juice.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and stir until fully combined.

Notes

  • To store guacamole, place it in a small bowl and then place a layer of plastic wrap on top touching the guacamole. Store any leftover guacamole in the refrigerator. If the top layer turns brown, it is simply from oxidation. Scrape off and discard the top layer before eating the leftovers.
