But he took a break from that vital occupation on July Fourth in order stop by the Nipomo Firefighters Association Annual Pancake.

And in order to show off his pancake-flipping skills.

Now, he’s gone from local hero to national icon.

Because just look at that pancake-flipping ability!

Take note of the technique, as he uses his off-arm to halt his flipping arm about halfway up, making sure he doesn’t use excess force.
