How to Make Pot Roast

Place a 3 lbs chuck roast in a 7-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle on salt, pepper, and 1 ounce dried onion soup mix.
Top with 1 diced onion, 3 diced gold potatoes, 3 large carrots, chopped and 1/2 cups water.
Cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours, then eat and enjoy!
Now let’s make Chicken and Biscuits!

Place 3 diced chicken breasts in a 7-quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle on salt & pepper.
Add 2 cups broccoli florets, 2 cups diced baby carrots and 21.5 ounces of condensed cream of chicken soup, and mix thoroughly.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Take 1 tube of refrigerated biscuit dough and rip into small pieces, and drop evenly over chicken.
Cook an additional hour and then you’ve got the perfect comfort food for dinner.
On to Stuffed Peppers!

In a bowl, mix 2 cups cooked rice, salt, pepper, 1 drained can of corn, 1/2 onion diced, 1 can drained beans, 1/2 cup diced tomatoes, and 1/2 cup salsa.
Place 5 hollowed out bell peppers, with the hollowed side up into a 7-quart slow cooker.
Cut the bottoms of the peppers if needed to help them stand up better.
Fill peppers halfway with rice mixture, then sprinkle on 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Fill to the top with rice mixture, and top with 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Pour 1/2 cup chicken stock into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Now on to Cornbread Chili

Place 2 lbs. diced pork shoulder, 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, 1 tablespoon cumin, 1 can drained kidney beans, 1/2 cup diced tomato, 1/2 diced onion, and 1/2 cup red enchilada sauce in a 7-quart slow cooker. Mix thoroughly.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Dollop prepared cornbread evenly over mixture. Cook an additional hour.
Top with cheddar cheese if desired.
