What’s better than a delicious doughnut? Not much, actually. It’s like having cake for breakfast, and who doesn’t want cake for breakfast?!
Krispy Kreme understands our plight and is here for us, with their bright neon sign, shining like a beacon of hope in our darkest hours.
Their latest high profile collaboration with Biscoff is sure to turn heads and for good reason. Doughnuts x cookie butter?! Count me in.
Krispy Kreme Teams Up with Biscoff
Not only famed for their hot and fresh Krispy Kreme glazed doughtnuts, the legendary doughnut brand is also constantly collaborating with other brands and coming up with the coolest promotions - such as giving our free doughtnuts for voters on Election Day.
Krispy Kreme's collaboration with Biscoff dropped yesterday, a mash up of the world famous cookie butter and everyone's favorite doughnut.
The moment I heard this news, I hopped in my car and went straight to Krispy Kreme. I needed to try these so I could give you my honest opinion.
You know, research and all. I did this for you. It wasn’t easy, but I survived.
Krispy Kreme x Biscoff Doughnut Flavors
The partnership of these giant brands includes not one, not two, but three different doughnuts for us to sink our teeth into. The flavors include:
- Biscoff Iced Doughnut - This doughnuts starts off with an original Krispy Kreme glazed doughnut topped with cookie butter icing.
- Biscoff Cookie Butter Cheesecake Doughnut - A more decadent ring doughnut with the classic glaze, cookie butter icing, a swirl of cream cheese frosting, and topped with crushed cookie crumble, this one is over the top.
- Biscoff Cookie Butter Kreme Filled Doughnut - If you love a filled doughnut, this one is filled with cookie butter cream, topped with Biscoff icing, rich chocolate icing, and finished with cookie crumbles.
Ok, I know that was a lot to take in, so I won’t bore you with tiny details. The fact of the matter is, all three donuts are worthy of a trip to Krispy Kreme.
My Take on the Krispy Kreme Biscoff Doughnuts
After trying them all, my favorite of the Krispy Kreme Biscoff Doughnuts was the cookie butter cream filled doughtnut, but I’m a sucker for any filled doughnut.
However, the filled doughnut was significantly sweeter than the other two. If you prefer something very slightly less sweet, opt for one of the others.
Krispy Kreme's first collaboration of 2023 is available at all Krispy Kreme locations are available now so hurry on out and grab a box to try today.
In addition to Krispy Kreme locations, six-packs of the doughnuts can be found in select grocery stores such as Walmart, Kroger, Food Lion and Publix.
