I have been to several Texas Roadhouse places and have never eaten butter like this
This must be in a limited few places or ask upon request

Wow, really, Doc? I'm actually from Texas, where you can't throw a rock without hitting a Texas Roadhouse, and every single one of them offers this butter. I live in NJ now, and there's one (and only one!) nearby. It too serves the butter. I think you should whip this up and try it - it's honestly SO good. They put this same butter on their baked sweet potatoes, which may be easier to make, if you're not a baker (we also have the rolls recipe here on Food Fanatic) - either way, this butter is good on pretty much everything, and we think you'd love it if you tried it.
