Caramel Macchiato Pretzel Milkshake Recipe

Caramel Macchiato Pretzel Milkshake is a to die for drink. Salty, sweet, and completely delicious.

Even when it’s freezing outside, I’m still on board with the ice cream train. I know, totally crazy.

I’m also one of those weird people who will still drink iced coffee in the middle of winter. I can’t help it.

I have a special love for cold beverages and desserts. If you think about it I’m just super smart because when I buy ice cream in the middle of winter, I get to eat it all – because no one else wants the stuff.

So really, I’m a genius.

And since we have established I’m a genius, International Delight® Coffee Creamer asked me to talk about their new half gallon sized creamers that are available in four delicious flavors at Wal-Mart. Listen, I will happy drink coffee all day, but there comes a point where I should probably drink and eat something a little different.

That is where this milkshake recipe comes in handy. I can use my caramel macchiato creamer in my milkshake, and since it’s now in a bigger half-gallon size, I don’t have to worry about running out of creamer for my morning coffee.

That also means I don’t have to constantly run to the store, which is music to my ears.

I know you’re dying to hear what’s in this beauty, so here it goes – vanilla ice cream, caramel macchiato International Delight® Coffee Creamer, a drizzle of caramel sauce and a handful of pretzels. That’s it!

Blend it all up, and you are rewarded with a creamy milkshake treat.

Not sold on the whole caramel pretzel combination? Try using International Delight® Coffee Creamer Southern Butter Pecan flavor to make a pecan pie milkshake or their French vanilla flavor to make a classic vanilla malted milkshake – just add some malt powder too.

Really, you can throw together just about flavors and be guaranteed an ice cream treat that is sure to beat the summer heat… err…. blustery winter blues?

Ok, so the milkshake won’t make you any warmer this winter, but it will give you a totally awesome (and easy!) milkshake recipe for the upcoming summer weather. And according to the calendar, you’ve got plenty of time to taste-test. Better get started!
