Easy Bolognese Sauce with Spinach is great on pasta or try it on zucchini noodles for a low carb option. Make a double batch to keep one in the freezer. It will be your family’s new favorite dinner!

When I am in a rush to get dinner on the table fast, pasta is a win for me. I am never caught without several boxes of pasta in my pantry.

A pasta dinner shouldn’t be boring, so I always vary the sauces. This time it is Easy Bolognese Sauce with Spinach.

It contains meat, crushed tomatoes and spinach. A bowl of pasta gets topped with this hearty sauce and you have yourself a great meal.

I love any type of pasta but if I’m watching calories, it is also nice to have a low carb option. I frequently make zucchini noodles or zoodles with bolognese.

Sometimes I even do half zoodles and half pasta. The sauce is very thick and delicious that my kids love eating the leftovers on a roll for lunch the next day.

This Easy Bolognese Sauce with Spinach is also great over rice.

I often make a more traditional tortellini Bolognese, but the spinach in this recipe adds a great touch. It’s also nice to get an extra vegetable in your dinner especially when it tastes so good.

My daughter is close to a vegetarian so she prefers Pasta Florentine but the meat-loving boys in my house prefer a hearty meat sauce.

The nice thing about this dinner is that there is no need to worry about sides as it contains everything you want in a dinner.

While I could make a salad, I prefer to just use any extra time preparing a light dessert like a fruit salad.

This dinner requires just a little bit of prep but once it is on the stove, you can enjoy a glass of wine while waiting for it to finish cooking.
