Kale Smoothie Recipe

This kale smoothie recipe mixes bananas with cranberries and makes for a delicious, healthy vegetarian snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale leaves
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberry yogurt
  • 3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup cranberries, frozen
  • 1 kiwi, ripe, peeled and halved

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie in a glass and sip out of a pretty straw!
