When I am looking for an easy and delicious stuffing recipe, this take on the Pepperidge Farm stuffing is one of my favorites.
The stuffing mixture comes right out of the package and mixes up easily, so you don’t need to worry about bread cubes or keeping stale bread on hand.

This easy stuffing makes a great Thanksgiving stuffing that can be baked in a casserole dish like a dressing recipe or stuffed in the turkey cavity.
You can easily prep it in advance to serve the next day or whip it up right before serving. It comes together quickly with just a few basic steps.
It’s also super easy to dress it up by adding things like dried cranberries, Italian sausage, pecans, or lots of fresh herbs making it really versatile and delicious.

Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Recipe
To make this easy copycat recipe, you will need:
Ingredients
- Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
- Butter
- Onion
- Celery
- Chicken broth or chicken stock
- Salt and pepper
Gear
- Skillet
- Casserole dish
- Wooden spoon

Step 1. Melt the butter over medium heat in a large skillet, then add the diced onion and celery to the melted butter.

Step 2. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the veggies have softened and the onions are translucent.

Step 3. Bump the heat to medium-high heat, add the broth, and bring to a boil.

Step 4. Remove the pan from the heat, and then add the Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix to the broth mixture.

Step 5. Use a large wooden spoon to fold everything together until the stuffing is moistened and has soaked up all the broth.

Step 6. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a casserole dish prepared in advance, spraying it generously with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 7. Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until the center of the stuffing is warm. For a crunchier stuffing, bake uncovered.

its a thanksgiving favorite- I usually add a package of bulk breakfast sausage and it is a crowd pleaser
