Joli Selten-Forbes has been feeding people for as long as she can remember. Her innate desire to nourish has turned into a flourishing festival food booth and catering business based in Los Angeles called Mama Love Grub. Her menus are full of conscious comfort food and are mostly dairy and gluten free and so she will be Food Fanatic's Gluten Free expert! She is a freelance writer, photographer and poet based in the Southern California foothills. She is a partner, mother, daughter, dancer, gardener and foodie who takes pride in contributing to the “Revolution of Consciousness” currently underway.
