After leaving the IT world, I found myself spending most of my time in the kitchen cooking and baking for my friends and family. For four years, I have shared my love of food over at My Kitchen Addiction. I love a good challenge in the kitchen, and it’s not unusual to find me whipping up a batch of homemade puff pastry.
I believe in wholesome food without a lot of fuss. Great food doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s possible to cook and bake from scratch with fresh, local ingredients without breaking the bank or spending all day in the kitchen.
Now, with a new baby at home, I am trading in my croissants for crackers and developing a whole new routine in the kitchen. I’m making the most of naptime and that glorious hour after the baby goes to bed. Getting dinner on the table with an infant can be a challenge, but I'm determined to make it work.
