Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are the stuff dreams are made of. Two cookies in one, and they're both full of chocolate!

Does it really get any better than a delicious Oreo wedged inside of a chocolate chip cookie?

No, friends, it just does not. The amount of chocolate goodness oozing from these cookies was utterly amazing. The best part for me is that they can be made gluten free too, with a few switches of flour and cookies.

The first batch, I purposely made with gluten just so that I could avoid them. It backfired because it was everything in me to not run to the store that second and get the gluten free ingredients… I could not resist!

I think these cookies were likely the size of my hand. They were huge! I made a batch to take to a bake sale too. They were a hit, and I’m pretty sure my husband was ready to go buy them all back. My son could not resist them either. I really think I may have given birth to two miniature cookie monster children.

Now, I’m dreaming up of more tasty treats that I can wedge inside of chocolate chip cookies. I decided for this recipe to use my go-to chocolate chip cookie recipe, and then I simply added in the Oreos.

This recipe also made about half of what it normally would without using Oreos due to the size of the cookies.

I’ll also add that it’s a good idea to start checking on them around 12 minutes. Mine took about 14 minutes to bake nicely, but if I were using my old oven they would have been done sooner. It’s always a little different on bake time when it comes to cookies due to the differences in the ovens.

Now, it’s time to pour a glass of milk for dipping and enjoy this tasty treat! Plus, surprise your friends when they bite into that gorgeous golden chocolate chip cookie and find an Oreo cookie hiding inside!
