This upcoming week is one of my favorite weeks of the summer - it's that sweet, slow season between the end of the school year and the 4th of July.

It's expected to be really hot in our area and we're looking ahead to the long holiday weekend so flexingall the easy dinner recipes is where it's at this week.

I am looking for quick, easy and versatile recipes where I can avoid turning on the oven as much as possible. These easy dinner recipes are the winners!
